One-on-One Training

Gone are the days of paying hundreds of dollars just for someone to count your reps. We pride ourselves in being an Active Life Professional gym; meaning our one on one staff has gone through extensive learning and practice with how to solve complex problems. Think things like runner's knee, minor scoliosis cases, arthritis, low back pain, we've seen it all. Our one on one staff is equipped with the tools to help you get and stay out of pain so that you can achieve any fitness goals you may set out to chase. Now, here's the difference. After our assessment, if we think your needs are beyond our scope, we have partnered with trusted medical professionals in our community and will make sure that if WE can't help you, we pair you with someone who can.

Our promises to you are:

1. We will never try to sell you something you aren't in the market to buy. Meaning if you do not NEED one on one attention, we will not push that onto you.

2. We will never pry on your pain OR insecurity for our financial gain. We are human first, business owners second.
