What to Expect

Each CrossFit class at SDA is 60 minutes long, beginning with a warm-up, followed by skill and strength work, and then a high-intensity workout. Our coaches will adjust weights, intensity, and movements to fit your experience level, ensuring that you get the most out of each session.

The trainers at SDA are extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to thoroughly evaluate each newcomer’s health and fitness level during the introductory phase.
